Projects so far

We are pleased to confirm that we have exceeded our initial expectations by delivering to far more students than anticipated. However, since our work is constantly evolving, we are continuing to refine our model through volunteering. Our key focus is to achieve financial economies of scale to ensure sustainability in the future.

Our mission is to prepare young people with life and social skills that are essential in a fast-paced society with high expectations. Resilience is crucial for these young individuals as each one possesses different characteristics and abilities.

Our modules are designed to be fun and interactive so all young people regardless of disabilities can participate fully. Our modules are skills-based, designed to capture the transferable skills required in todays workplace with each young person receiving a personal profile that is tailored to their individual learning at the end of the programme.

We always include a workplace visit and cultural visit, which is agreed upon with the use of public transport to address climate challenges, as part of our modules.

We have delivered 627 modules across three schools. It's important to point out that what we do is not offered in the statutory curriculum or the careers service, so the added value to young people is high and will deliver long-term benefits.

Over the last 12 months, 110 students have participated in the modules, which have been adapted to different age groups in secondary and primary school after-hours provision.
